Quand vous aviez 14 ans, quel métier aviez vous envie de faire une fois adulte ?

Olivier ne savait pas du tout ce qu'il voulait faire comme métier lorsqu'il était adulte.



Quelles études avez vous fait et dans le but de faire quel métier?

Il à fait un bacs cientifique puis par manque d'idées olivier se dirigea vers le CIO, ce fut à ce moment là où il fit connaissance du monde de l'informatique. Il fit après un BTS en informatique de gestion.

Ce fût pendant ces études qu'il découvris internet. Il fit après une année de spécialisation.



Pouvez vous me décrire votre métier actuel ?
Est il en rapport avec vos études ?

Il y un lien avec ses études car sa dernière année de spécialisation l'a beaucoup aidé pour trouver le métier qu'il fait actuellement.

Olivier fait du support technique pour les personnes qui créent du contenu pour l'intranet et du conseil en communication digitale. 


Comment pourriez vous me convaincre en quelques phrases de faire le même métier que vous?

Il faut aimer les surprises car tout les jours il se passe des choses différentes, on a aussi le plaisir d'aider les gens et de travailler dans la domaine du web, pouvoir aussi être en contact avec des personnes qui sont aux 4 coins du monde.







Olivier dit qu'il est très chanceux d'avoir trouvé un aussi bon travail bien qu'il ne savait pas quoi faire comme métier lors de sa jeunesse.

When you were 14, what kind of job did you wanna do later?

He want to be an architect.


What kind of studies did you do and for which job?

He study in america and Englisch Litterature; he did a part of his studys in NYC.
During his study he want to be a writer.


Can you explain to me your current job?
Is it directly related to your studies?

His current job is no way releated to his studys.
He had a first job in seattle and after finishing study he went to seattle.
And now ne support a network of intranet coordinators: he is giving consultations how to use the internal digital channel.


How can you convince me to do your job, in few sentences?

He get to work with talented people from all around the world who are working together.
You have cure serious sicknesses.

Er wollte 2 beruf mache:

Ein in der programattion und ein war mit etwas mit rictung forschung.



Was fur Studium haben sie gemacht und um welchen Berüf zu lernen?

Er hat eine Lehre zuerst gemacht als biologie laborant.

Er hat später eine ingenieur studium gemacht als informaticar und nach ist er in die université gegangen und er hat eine master in computer science.

Heute ist Lorenz Consultant er hilfte viele firma und diese hilfe ist immer anders.

Er vollte mich nicht überzzeugen unm zu seine beruf zu machen veil vir sollen sein beruf selber vahlen.

Présentation:



Bonjour je m'appelle Nathan Goetschy et je suis dans l'entreprise de Roche pour une semaine.
Je suis au collège des missions à Blotzheim depuis le CM2, après les grandes vacances je passerai en classe de 3eme.
J'ai déménagé à Allschwil il y a environ 2 mois avec ma mère (j'habitais au-paravent à Blotzheim), mais j'ai continué le collège dans ma ville natale.
Grace à ce stage d'une semaine j'ai pu découvrir beaucoup de métiers ayant un lien avec la communication à Roche, j'ai trouvé ça vraiment passionnant  !
Dans un futur proche je voudrais avoir un métier ayant un lien avec les sciences en mécanique comme par exemple ingénieur en mécaniques,...

Policewoman.


What kind of studies did you do and for which job?

She had a master in corporate finance and a phd in strategic management.
She has done different jobs.

Is it directly related to your studies?

No because she she didn't study communication.
She is working in group communications and she is responsible for reputation management and measurement.

  How can you convince me to do your job, in few sentences?

I should do that job because it's in Roche and it's in a new team so you can create a lot and shape futures strategies a part of a great team. And you work with many colleagues on supporting the image of Roche.

Sie wollte Pferdetierartzin weden.

Was fur Studium haben sie gemacht und um welchen Berüf zu lernen?

Sie hatt turismus studiert und sie hat eine breites studium mit marketing/kommunication/project management. Sie hat nicht genau gewusst was sie machen wollte weil es eine breite studium war-mit vielen spannenden fächern. Sein einstig war im sales von eimen business hotel. Und nach ein par jahren hat sie noch ein post-master-studium in business psychology gemacht.we

Sie ist assistantin des head of internal & HR Communication.
Es ist mit dem studium teilveise verbunden weiles in eine globale abteilung viele sprachen gibt project management und kommunication.
Es viele verschidene nationalitäten und macht die zuzammen arbeit spannent.

Wie konnen sie mich überzeugen, ihren Berüf machen ?

ist abwechslungsreich, es ist eine dréhascheibenfunktion veil man mit verschidenen collegen innerhalb und auserhalb der abteilung zu tun hat. Und die team collegen dazu bei tragen gerne zur arbeit zu kommen.

When you were 14, what kind of job did you wanna do later?

When she was 14 she was in china so she didn't think about working because she was studying very hard that she can go to the best university, it is a kind of competition. She should only believe about working after studding.

What kind of studies did you do and for which job?

After the university she had a first job in a other company and after she went to Roche.
She choosed the E-Commerce at the University.

Is it directly related to your studies?

She is the Migration-Manager, it is related by the digital part of the study.

How can you convince me to do your job, in few sentence?

She says that we can meet much much people and traveled a lot to meet them face to face.
She says that with meeting people you can see the different cultures that you don't even  see when you are sitting on your chair in Basel. She can find the working differences too.

When you were 14, what kind of job did you wanna do later?

He wanna be an architect.


What kind of studies did you do and for which job?

He studied the architecture in the university for 9 years. But after he prefered the IT so he went back to the university for 3 years and he did a professional exam too.


Can you explain to me your current job?
Is it directly related to your studies?

He is doing IT project management and it is not directly linked to his studies but it helped him to be a better person at job. He think that it is important to choose his study when we are young people if we have the chance to choose it. It will be helpful for the job and to be a better person.


How can you convince me to do your job, in few sentences?

Because he is everytime happy and smiling, it means that he loves his job. He can make important decision and he have an influence with his smile at job. For he it is one of the better and happiest job that we can do.

Sie wollte mit 14 jahren alt, Schauspielerin werden.

Sie wollte schon  längerer Zeit Schauspielerin werden.

Was für ein Studium haben Sie gemacht und fur welchen Beruf ?

Sie hat das Wirtschaftswissenschaften Studium gemacht, es war ein "generalles"/allgemeines Studium.

Es war kein Studium für einen spezifischen Beruf.

Können Sie mir ihren Beruf beschreiben ? 

Ist er verbunden mit ihrem Studium ?

     
Sie koordiniert den Transfer von informationen vom alten Intranet zum neuen Intranet.
Es gibt keine Verbindung, weil das Studium nicht direkt mit diesem Beruf zu tun hat.

Wie können Sie mich überzeugen, diesen Beruf zu wählen ?

Man kann jeden Tag etwas anderes machen; man weiss am Morgen nicht, was am Tag passiert.
Man ist mit tollen Leuten im kontakt und unterstüzt sie bei der Migration.
Man begleitet die Leute über ihre Grenzen hinaus.

Quand vous aviez 14 ans, quel métier aviez vous envie de faire une fois adulte?

Lors de sa jeunesse Maxime voulait devenir vétérinaire. Mais à l'âge de 14 ans maxime découvra le monde des finances et des sciences sociale, ce fût un nouveau monde qui le captivait.

Quelles études avez vous fait et dans le but de faire quel métier?

Après des études en ES ( Economique et Sociales), maxine fît des études dans les finances et management. A l'age de 20 ans, après avoir travaillé dans une start-up, maxime fìt un master en
E-Strategy.

A la fin de ses études Maxime a eut l'opportunité d'aller travailler en Turquie, a Istanbul, en tant que Logistic-Manager dans un domaine totalement différent: Il sagissait de l'industrie de transport automobile. En 2005 Maxime rejoignas l'entreprise Roche a Bâle en Suisse.

Pouvez vous me décrire votre métier actuel?
Est il en rapport avec vos études ?

Après plusieurs étapes dans le domaine digital interne maxime est aujourd'hui responsabe de la communication globale dans ce domaine.

Son travail consiste a analyser les besoins et opportunités pour la companie, les contributeurs et les utilisateurs. Dans un second temps une stratégie est élaborée; des solutions sont mises en place et communiqués aux collaborateurs. Ces derniers donnent du "feed-back" sur ces solutions pour qu'elles puissent être améliorées. Et un nouveau cycle commencent.

Comment pourriez vous me convaincre en quelques phrases de faire le même métier que vous ?

Maxime est très hereux de son métier car il est en constante évolution, chaque jour il découvre de nouvelles opportunités de part le domaine (web), de nouvelles personnes, cultures...
L'autre sujet de satisfaction est lorsqu'il aide une personne de son équipe a se développer.

Le cadre exeptionnel et le salaire suisse contribuent d'autan a cette satisfaction.

Was fur ein Beruf wollten Sie machen, als Sie 14 Jahren alt waren ?

Sie wollte avocat sein und sie wolte viele lernen fur das.

Aber sie hatte das langveilig gefuhlen und naher hast sie das nicht mehr gemacht.

Was fur Studium haben sie gemacht und um welchen Berüf zu lernen?

batcheler: medium communication und geschichte.

Und eine master: fur geschicte und philosophie aber fur eine wissenchft in der kommunication.

Sie beobartet die diferrent kommunication kanale in extern und intern. Sie sucht es betrib und wie es benuzt vird.

Den neuen studium ist nor mehr mit den studium verbunden veil sie sind richtig in den utersuchen.

In den kommunication gibt es ganze zeit etwas anderes zu machen und wir haben viele wag vo ins kommunication geht.
Veil roche ist eine gobe firma, gibt es viele verschiedene sachen in kommunication zu machen.
Die team ist vie eine richtige familie und sie sind sehr vereinigt.

Wenn you were 14, what kind of job did you wanna do ?

He want to work in something related with IT ( Information Technology).
He was also interested by the cinema and photography.

What kind of studies did you do and for which job ?

He study the computer science at the University.
So it was realy for IT, he was determined.

His job position is IT business analyst.

He think that the IT releated jobs will be extremely important to enable the present and the future of the companies. This job is very usefull and important for the companies.

his job is very demanding: you have to learn all the time and be very competent. You can enjoy it if like it, and using it in all the companies.

Sie wollte radio moderatur machen weil sie radio immer spaggen fangt.
Sie hatt die radio immer interessant gefundet.

Sie hatte englich und medien wissenchaft studiert.
Sie hatte 6 jahre studiert. Seine erste ideen war als sie radio moderatur werden.

Heute ist sie medien sprecherin: sie macht extern communication uber alle roche team.
Es kann sein uber alles was roche macht wie eine neue medicament oder einen neuen test oder auch neuen gebaute........
Es hat viel geholfen weil sie uber medien gelernt hat, das english hat geholfen bei international kommunication.
In den 2 berufen mussen wir sprechen und kommunictieren mir verschiden personnen.

Sie sagt als jeden tage gibts etwas neues viele verschieden temen und auch ein sehr nettes team und auch ein sehr schön arbeits platz. Die team ist sehr vichtig fur roche und sie sind auch vichtig fur die team.

 Wenn you were 14, what kind of job did you wanna do ?

She didn't know exactly what she wanna do.
But she has an idea: she would like to do the same job as her father ( be an economist).
When she was 14 she had to make the decision to go in a 3 years specialisation in her study: the economy.


What kinds of studies did you done and for which job ?

After finishing high school she went to the university for 3 years to study management.
Than in the same university she done a 2 years master management science.
After the master she started working in the university and she did 2 post graduation in social media and digital marketing.
So after her first job she moved to swiss and she started working in the subjects of her specialisation.


Can you explain me your actual job ?
Is it relevant to your studies ?

Her  job is to provide supports to the users of the internal digital plateform and to communicate with the it team in order to find solutions to the intranet issues and for example generate new solutions for the future.

She saids that it is relevant becaus she works in a digital envirronement and this is the area that she choosed to specialise and that she likes :) .

How can you convince me to do your job ?

She saids that it is a real nice job because it is different everydays and full of new challenges.

We don't realise that we are working when we do something we like ( you don't see the time passing ). If you like digital world you will be happy to do her job. She explain me that if she want to convice me to do her job in first i have to like the digital universe.
